MOISTURE BARRIER BAGS
This series of bags provide varying levels of barrier and ESD protection depending upon your needs. Available in:
Multi-layer composition of Metallized Polyester offering >20 lb puncture resistance.
Composite of Metallized Polyester providing >38 lb Puncture Resistance.
Also Clear Polyester / Polyolefin construction
Used for packaging SMD's in trays, shipping tubes, and reels.
Amine Free: passes outgassing and corrosion tests.
Static safe: dissipative inner and outer surfaces Date and lot coded for traceability.
Barrier standards IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033, MIL-PRF-81705, and EIA 583 define the amount of moisture barrier (MVTR) and the minimum puncture resistance required.
This series of bags use a multi-layer composition of Foil Laminates and Barrier films to provide excellent protection against corrosion for Oxygen and light sensitive products.
Offers low MVTR.
